I really enjoyed your first episode, thank you for creating it! It’s important to prioritize your mental fitness, yet I don’t do it enough. I appreciate the podcast being short and having a simple exercise. Your pauses forced me to actually write it down in the moment. I loved how you shared the exercise with your co-workers in the morning, it made me want to have an accountability partner, so I asked my sister about her top 3. I’m looking forward to this journey together.
